   G. E. Society established this Arts & Commerce College at Borivli (West) in July 1979.

The College was renamed thereafter as Shri Bhausaheb Vartak Arts, Commerce & Science College since 19th Feb 1990. It is affiliated to the University of Mumbai.

The Junior College started functioning in July 1983 which was named as Sheth Kanji V. Parekh Arts & Commerce Junior College. since 4th August,1992.

Our Computer Centre was established with generous contribution by Dr. Kamlesh V. Parekh.

Our College has completed Thirty-one years of its fruitful existence

It has been awarded with B+ grade by the prestigious NAAC, Bangalore. It has also received ISO 9001: 2008 Certification for its systems and efficient governance.
